At Innowhyte, we process a high volume of candidate resumes through our recruitment pipeline.
The recruitment process involves:
- Initial phone screening by Recruiter to verify candidate credentials and genuinity
- Scheduling and coordination of internal interviews
- Internal team review and evaluation
- Final candidate submission to clients
Prior to client submission, we ensure each resume follows our standardized format and quality guidelines.
Current Problems
- Non-technical recruiters conducting initial screenings leads to inefficient candidate evaluation and unnecessary time investment from the technical team
- Every candidate resume has different format and layout and the Recruiter spends between 10 mins to 1 hour to convert the resume into the Innowhyte standard format.
On an average 15 minutes is spent by the Recruiter to convert the resume into the Innowhyte standard format.
Solution
- We built an internal tool that helps Recruiter to quickly match the candidate to the job description and generates a set of initial technical questions for the Recruiter to ask the candidate.
- The internal tool also automates the process of converting the candidate's resume into the Innowhyte standard format.
