Multi-Modal Product Recommendation Avatar Agent

We partnered with a real estate company facing challenges with their newly constructed retail development. The company needed an efficient way to showcase their retail spaces to prospective tenants. Their small sales team was overwhelmed with repetitive inquiries about the available spaces and their features. To address this bottleneck, they sought an automated solution that would enable potential tenants to independently explore and understand the various retail spaces and their unique offerings without requiring direct sales team involvement.

Current Problems

• Limited Sales Team Capacity:
  The sales team was overwhelmed with repetitive inquiries about the available spaces and their features.
• Multi-Modal Product Information: (Video, Images, Text)
  The retail spaces have a lot of different features and amenities that are not easily conveyed through text. For example, a single retail space has a masterplan, floor plans, location maps, walkthrough videos, and a lot of other information. During calls, the human sales team was spending a lot of time just fetching these information and explaining them to the potential tenant.

Solution

We built a Proof of Concept (PoC) AI avatar agent that can perform the following actions:

• It can explain the different spaces and their features in a natural and engaging way.
• It can converse with the customer through voice and text.
• It can recommend the suitable spaces for the customer based on their preferences/requirements.
• It can explain the different assets of the space (masterplan, floor plans, location maps, walkthrough videos) through voice and visual content in perfect synchronization.
